Our offer includes:
- Accommodation in a uniquely designed room
- Champagne and surprise sweets in the room upon arrival
- Extra room decoration (rose petals in the shape of a heart, or 1 rose on the bed)
- Photo corner, candles, and romantic atmosphere throughout the hotel
- Romantic candlelit dinner: Buffet-style dinner with cold and hot dishes, desserts; in case of lower occupancy, a three-course dinner can be selected from the half-board menu.
- On February 14th special Valentine's Day buffet dinner with cocktails and a quiz. Prize: Our 2-hour romance package for 2 people in our private relaxation room.
- Evening candlelight bathing between 19.00-21.30.
Use of indoor wellness facilities - experience pools, 12-person jacuzzi, Finnish and infrared saunas, steam bath.
Bathrobes and wellness towels are provided in the room.
Services available for an additional fee: solarium, private couple’s relaxation room, massage (by prior appointment), laundry service, ironing, room service.
Check-in is from 2 PM. Please inform us if you wish to check in later. Check-out is between 6:30 AM and 11 AM. The reception is available daily from 6 AM to 9 PM. recepcio@szarcsa.hu

Buffet breakfast
- Between 7 AM and 10 AM (in case of lower occupancy, a hot breakfast can be chosen from the menu)
Half-board dinner
- Romantic candlelight dinner between 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM: buffet dinner with cold and hot dishes and desserts, or a three-course dinner from the half-board menu during times of lower occupancy.

One afternoon come and enjoy a coffee or frothy hot chocolate with a pastry in the restaurant between 4 PM and 5 PM.

- temporary use of the game room from 9 AM to 9 PM. Table football, table tennis, air hockey, darts – game equipment available at the reception. The room is under renovation and is not heated. It will be refurbished in 2025, so it will be out of operation for a few months
- an empty minibar fridge is available in the rooms, which guests can turn on if they wish to use it. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, chips are available for purchase at a discount at the reception
- free parking in the hotel parking lot or in the illuminated public parking lot behind the hotel
The accommodation fee includes access to our indoor wellness area.

Child discount on Valentine:

3 - 18 years 15.000The age of the child is calculated based on their age on the day of arrival.
If you cannot find a room in our booking system that can accommodate children, please ask our reception staff for assistance.
1 crib or 1 toddler bed (for ages 2-6) can be provided in most of our Classic Rooms.Some of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed.
In some of our Superior rooms, we can arrange 1 extra bed.Our two-room setup family rooms, loft rooms, and rooms with a jacuzzi cannot accommodate extra beds.
The most favorable option for one adult and one child is booking a Classic 1 1 room.
The maximum occupancy in our largest rooms is 5 persons except for the loft room, where we can accommodate up to 6 persons.
Deposit:
The deposit 30% of the booking value is required at the time of booking. The deposit is payable within 3 days of confirmation.
Detailed payment instructions will be provided with the booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
Changes or cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The paid amount can be used for a later booking within 6 months from the original booking date, or it can be refunded upon request, with the deduction of a 2,500 HUF administrative fee.
Tourism tax for 2026: 500 HUF / person / night.
Upon prior notice, we can accommodate pets in certain rooms for an additional fee.
