Buffet dinner with festive meals at Christmas
Our offer includes:
- Buffet dinner with festive dishes on 24-25-26 December
- Join us in decorating the Christmas tree at the reception, starting at 5 PM on 24 December
- On 25 and 26 December, from 12 PM to 3 PM, there will be a craft workshop in the restaurant led by an animator
- A small Christmas tree can be ordered in the room for 24 December which guests can decorate themselves. We provide szaloncukor (a type of sweet), ornaments, and lights. Please order by 15 December 2025. Price: 18,000 HUF.
(Please leave the decorations in the room upon departure!)
For bookings of at least 4 nights, you may choose a gift from the following:
- one entrance ticket per person to the Hetedhét Toy Museum
- 2 solarium tokens or
- one drink voucher per person to be used at dinner or
- "Secret Places" game
Check-in is between 3 PM and 6 PM, check-out is between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM. For later arrivals, please inform us via email at recepcio@szarcsa.hu. The reception is available daily from 6 AM to 9:30 PM.
Catering
You will be welcomed with hot tea, mulled wine, and pogácsa, as well as a surprise sweet treat in your room upon arrival.
Generous buffet breakfast
- Between 7.30 AM and 10 AM additive-free cold cuts, dairy-free and gluten-free vegetarian options
Half-board dinner
- From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM: buffet dinner with cold and hot dishes and desserts, or a three-course dinner from the half-board menu during times of lower occupancy.
- Beverages are not included in the dinner.
- Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or sensitivities.
Our gift: One afternoon, between 4 PM and 5 PM, come and enjoy a coffee or frothy hot chocolate with a pastry in the restaurant.
If you would like to have lunch in the restaurant on 24, 25, or 26 December 2025, prior table reservation is required.
On these days, we offer a buffet lunch at the following prices: Over 12 years old: 12,500 HUF, 3 to 12 years old: 7,500 HUF, under 3 years old: free. As our restaurant has limited capacity, please reserve a table in advance by emailing recepcio@szarcsa.hu

- temporary use of the game room from 9 AM to 9 PM. Table football, table tennis, air hockey, darts – game equipment available at the reception. The room is under renovation and is not heated. It will be refurbished in 2025, so it will be out of operation for a few months
- an empty minibar fridge is available in the rooms, which guests can turn on if they wish to use it. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, chips are available for purchase at a discount at the reception
- free parking in the hotel parking lot or in the illuminated public parking lot behind the hotel
The accommodation fee includes access to our indoor wellness area.

The child's age is their age on the day of arrival.
If you cannot find a room that can accommodate children in our booking system, please ask our reception staff for assistance.
Some of our rooms can accommodate extra beds.
1 crib or 1 toddler bed (for ages 2-6) can be provided in most of our Classic rooms.
In some of our Superior rooms, we can arrange 1 extra bed.
Our two-room setup Family rooms, loft rooms, and rooms with a jacuzzi cannot accommodate extra beds.
The maximum occupancy in our largest rooms is 5 persons except for the loft room, where we can accommodate up to 6 persons.
The most favorable option for one adult and one child is booking a Classic 1 1 room.
Deposit:
As a guarantee for your booking, we require a deposit of 40% of the reservation value.
The payment deadline for the deposit is within 3 days of confirmation. The payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer or by credit card via our website. The necessary information for the payment will be sent in the confirmation.
Cancellation policy:
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The deposit will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of 2,500 HUF, or upon request, it can be transferred to another reservation free of charge.
Tourism tax for 2025 is 500 HUF / person / night.
Upon prior notice, we can accommodate pets in certain rooms for an additional fee.
