Our offer includes:
You will be welcomed with mulled wine, hot tea, roasted pumpkin.
- Accommodation in a uniquely decorated room, in the selected room type
- Candlelit wellness every Wednesday and Saturday from 7 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Guests under 18 years of age who place their cleaned shoes in front of the door on the evening of 5 December will find a gift from Santa Claus in them by the morning.
Services available for an additional fee: solarium, private couple’s relaxation room, massage chair, laundry service, ironing, room service.
Free children's programs in the restaurant with animator supervision on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 PM to 3 PM:
- 28-29 November Mini Advent wreath making
- 5-6 December Santa Claus and the Krampusz will visit us, every child who sings a song or recites a poem for Santa will receive a gift
- 12-13 December gift making
- 19-20 December cookie decorating
For bookings of at least 3 nights, you may choose a gift from the following:
- one drink voucher per person to be used at dinner or
- one 15-minute premium massage chair session per adult
- one entrance ticket per person to the Hetedhét Toy Museum or
- 50% discount from the both package offer (Romantic or Relax) in our Private Couple's Room
Check-in is between 2 PM and 6 PM, check-out is between 6:30 AM and 11 AM.
For later arrivals, please inform us via email at recepcio@szarcsa.hu. The reception is available daily from 6 AM to 9:30 PM.

You will be welcomed with hot tea, mulled wine and pumpkin, as well as a surprise sweet treat in your room upon arrival
Generous buffet breakfast
- On weeekdays between 7 AM and 10 AM, on weekends and public holidays between 7.30 AM and 10.00 AM
- On days with fewer bookings, a hot breakfast can be selected from the menu
Half-board dinner
- From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM: buffet dinner with cold and hot dishes and desserts, or a three-course dinner from the half-board menu during times of lower occupancy.
- Beverages are not included in the dinner.
Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or sensitivities!
Our gift for you: one afternoon, between 4 PM and 5 PM, come and enjoy a coffee or frothy hot chocolate with a pastry in the restaurant.

The games room is accessible from the terrace and is located in a partitioned area of our multifunctional event hall. As the room is also used for conferences, please note that—especially on weekdays—it may only be available during the afternoon and evening hours.
- an empty minibar fridge is available in the rooms, which guests can turn on if they wish to use it. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, chips are available for purchase at a discount at the reception
- free parking in the hotel parking lot or in the illuminated public parking lot behind the hotel

3 - 18 years rates are calculated dynamically based on length of stay and occupancy. The exact price is shown during online booking
The child's age is their age on the day of arrival.If you cannot find a room that can accommodate children in our booking system, please ask our reception staff for assistance.
Some of our rooms can accommodate extra beds.
1 crib or 1 toddler bed (for ages 2-6) can be provided in most of our Classic rooms.
In some of our Superior rooms, we can arrange 1 extra bed.
Our two-room setup Family rooms, loft rooms, and rooms with a jacuzzi cannot accommodate extra beds.
The maximum occupancy in our largest rooms is 5 persons except for the loft room, where we can accommodate up to 6 persons.
The most favorable option for one adult and one child is booking a Classic 1+1 room.
Deposit:
No deposit is required for this package.
Cancellation policy:
Changes or cancellations are free of charge until 12 PM on the day before arrival.
Tourism tax for 2026: 500 HUF / person / night.
Upon prior notice, we can accommodate pets in certain rooms for an additional fee.
